All seven Common-Language Q&A Drills, three takes each, at 160 WPM for $72.95. Save $17.70 compared with buying the seven three-take bundles individually at $12.95 each ($90.65 total).
Each drill gives you the full original script plus two new passages of about two minutes. All recordings feature Mark for questions and Juniper for answers, at an average of 160 WPM including pauses.
The seven drills concentrate recurring deposition language in separate, focused takes: question openings, understanding and memory, basis and timing, “so” and “and” transitions, source and review, emails and exhibits, and testimony with short answers. Take 1 gives you the broader material. Takes 2 and 3 return to its main words in different natural question-and-answer sequences.
Total audio: 66 minutes, 41 seconds. Every take is at 160 WPM. Durations below are minutes:seconds, shown as Take 1 + Take 2 + Take 3.
Download includes: seven ZIP packages, one for each numbered drill. Each package contains three MP3 recordings, three matching text scripts, practice instructions and a Practice Log manifest: eight files per package, 56 in total.
These are the same seven drills sold individually as Three-Take Practice Bundles. If you already own those, this bundle adds no new dictations. The original single-take drills remain available separately, including as a seven-drill bundle at $49.95.
The passages differ in length and wording. Fewer total errors on a shorter take do not, by themselves, show improvement.
This is a digital download; no physical product is shipped. Woodshedder access is not included.
Write Take 1, review your writing, and practice the words and outlines that need attention. Use Takes 2 and 3 for focused practice. Take 3 can be written now or on any later day.
Play the MP3s in your own audio player. If you use Woodshedder, the included scripts support your practice; its optional Practice Log records ratings, results and progress. Practice Log backups exclude audio, so keep the downloaded files.
Use this when you want focused practice with deposition-style question-and-answer language across all seven drills.
Browse all practice dictations. Add Woodshedder access separately when you want to load the included practice text into the browser tool.
