Refund policy

All sales are final.

We don't ask anyone to buy on faith. Before you purchase, test BREVITY's output free with the Analyzer at brevitysteno.com/analyzer — type any word or phrase and see exactly what the system produces. The evidence is free. The decision is yours.

In individual cases we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund; any such refund may be conditioned on return of the book in resellable condition and a $100 restocking fee.

Any book that arrives damaged or defective will be replaced at no cost — email tom@brevitysteno.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

Zoom sessions (Book + Sessions bundle): Sessions are scheduled by emailing tom@brevitysteno.com and must be completed within 6 months of purchase; unscheduled sessions expire. Rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice — sessions canceled with less notice, or missed, are forfeited. If we need to reschedule, we'll rebook at your convenience. Sessions are for the purchaser only and are not transferable.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
